Frozen Pirate operates on a very small scale and there are only so many opportunities throughout the winter to provide our services. 

What is our refund policy? Its pretty tight so please be sure you are able to commit. 

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All confirmed bookings are considered final and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted within 30 days of your booking unless cancelled by Frozen Pirate themselves due to outside circumstances.  Prior to 30 days before your booking, a 50% refund will be given.
